1. Materials & Hardware

3. Production & Delivery

  • Factory pre‑fabrication: pre‑drilled anchor holes, pre‑installed corner brackets, mitred decorative trim, pre‑punched gutter connectors

  • Packaging: inner bubble film + outer 5T woven pearl cotton (waterproof & shock‑resistant)

  • Installation: numbered profiles, bolt‑together assembly – only a power drill required

  • Full drawing package & material checklist; production begins after customer sign‑off

4. How to Customize

  • Provide: roof style (Gemstone pyramid or Hexagon arch), dimensions (L×W×arch height), column type (180 Roman with/without cap, or 125×125/150×150), color (standard/custom), glass spec

  • Optional: skylight, LED strip, heavy chandelier, downpipe elbows/couplers

  • Design lead time: 3 working days (standard), 5 working days (complex) – includes SU render

  • Order notes:

    • Gemstone roof: arch height min. 600mm, standard 700mm; span >6m requires crossbeam

    • Hexagon arch: symmetrical dimensions preferred

    • Overhang min. 300mm (standard 400mm)

    • Signed drawings = production start; changes after signature incur extra cost

    • Walkable roof requires upgraded glass (8+8 min.)

  • After‑sales: factory covers glass cutting errors (if factory‑supplied sizes)
